Bryan Danielson goes to the finals.
On the July 3 episode of AEW Dynamite, Bryan Danielson confronted PAC in a semi-final match within the event. The 2 opponents battled it out in an exciting bout, which was simply the third time that they clashed in singles motion. They traded stiff pictures, and PAC took management with a dive to the skin.
PAC locked within the Brutalizer, however Danielson reached the ropes. He continued to manage the bout. Danielson rallied, however PAC spiked him with a piledriver. They stored battling, and Danielson evaded the Black Arrow. He then hit the working knee, however PAC trapped him within the Brutalizer once more. Danielson transitioned into the LeBell Lock and reversed a pin to clinch the win.
With the win, Danielson superior to the event finals on the July 10 episode of Dynamite. The winner of the event will earn a shot on the AEW World Championship at AEW All In.
Later within the present, “Hangman” Adam Web page defeated Jeff Jarrett in a quarterfinal match within the event. He’ll face Jay White within the semi-finals on the July 6 episode of AEW Collision. The winner of that match will face Danielson within the finals on the July 10 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Danielson beforehand superior to the semi-finals by beating Shingo Takagi at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, whereas PAC defeated Claudio Castagnoli on the June 26 episode of AEW Dynamite.
