Amir Albazi suffered his first Final Combating Championship loss at UFC Edmonton final evening (Sat., Nov. 2, 2024). He was dominated by former two-time Flyweight champion Brandon Moreno for 5 rounds, losing a unanimous resolution from inside Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
This morning, after spending the evening within the hospital, Albazi took to his social media to react to his disappointing loss.
“It wasn’t my evening final evening, however that is a part of life- you win some; you lose some,” Albazi mentioned on Instagram. “All respect to Brandon Moreno, he was the higher man. I’ll be again, I promise. I’ll be again on that horse and maintain enhancing, maintain getting higher. You guys will see me quickly. Thanks for the help.”
