Dam of Black Forza Brings $240k in Keeneland Flash Sale


Harlee Honey , dam of English group 2 winner Black Forza , offered for $240,000 to Miss Vicky Stables throughout Keeneland’s August Flash Sale that closed Aug. 29. Black Forza, winner of the Richmond Stakes (G2) at Goodwood, is favored in his United States debut within the $1 million Nationwide Thoroughbred League Juvenile Dash Stakes at Kentucky Downs Sept. 1.  

Consigned by Legacy Bloodstock, agent, Harlee Honey is a successful 11-year-old daughter of Harlan’s Vacation who’s in foal to Zandon  . Out of the stakes-placed Carson Metropolis mare Absolute Nectar, she is a half sister to grade 2 stakes winner California Nectar .  

Ocean Honey , a successful half sister to Black Forza, offered for $48,000 to Ocean Honey Companions. The 4-year-old filly by West Coast  was consigned as a broodmare prospect by Paramount Gross sales, agent.
