Derek hails from the streets of New Jersey and is holding it down for his native store, Journey (Rahway, NJ). This hungry up-and-comer is proving he has what it takes to make a reputation for himself, and if retains it up, I am sure we’ll be seeing far more of this East Coaster sooner or later.
This complete edit was stacked with taste—skating, spots and soundtrack had been all on level. Derek is not scared to step to some fairly crusty terrain and that is one thing I am going to all the time admire about skaters like him. A few of these spots are fairly debatable, however he saved on stacking. That drop-in hardflip, for instance… unreal! And his ender is totally buck.
Between his deep bag of tips and east-coast-powerhouse model, Derek is doing huge issues and deserves the popularity he is receiving. Maintain the fireplace burning! Sick half, sick half.
